Programmes, timing and routes may change because of weather, availability or unforeseen conditions.

Children are generally 4–10 years; Similan child rate is 4–9 years. FantaSea and Carnival Magic use height 101–140 cm.

Sea tours are not recommended for infants under 1, guests over 70, or people with relevant medical or physical limitations. Pregnancy restrictions differ by programme and must be checked before booking.

Similan transfers wait only 5 minutes at the confirmed pickup point.

Sea programmes accept hand luggage up to 5 kg. Larger bags cost 500 THB per bag and oversized luggage may be refused. Land programmes accept hand luggage only; other bags cost 500 THB each.

A same-day no-show is charged at 100%. Cancellation deadlines differ by programme and are always supplied with the booking confirmation.

Light rain alone does not normally cancel a tour. The operator decides using wind, waves and official safety conditions.

On private land tours, guests may choose a start between 07:00 and 11:00; a later start can require skipping some locations. Private sea tours must return to the pier by 17:00.

ATV driving is available from age 17; children from age 7 may ride as passengers. Rafting is from age 7 or 110 cm, bamboo rafting from age 3 with an adult, and zipline is not available above 90 kg.
